Political heart of Paris in an area of Paris that is not heavily populated, considering the monuments and green spaces there, the Invalides district has barely more than 6,000 privileged residents. However, its lively atmosphere is maintained due to tourist traffic encouraged by its central location on the left bank, between the Eiffel Tower and the Latin Quarter. The nearest metro stations are Ecole Militaire, Invalides and La Tour Maubourg.

The apartment offers a very cosy living area. Living room with cosy sofa and a coffee table. Fine and sober design, but still warm and welcoming features. All convenience you need are here as cable, TV, unlimited high speed internet access with the wifi. The sleeping area is apart and separetd upstairs, on a mezzanine bed. A bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin. American style opened kitchen.

The apartment is located on the groundfloor. The access is secured by a 2 codes and a safety door. All windows are double-glazed.
